Storage and deletion

The data processed by us will be deleted or their processing restricted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR. Data we collect and process

The personal data we collect will be used solely for the purposed of fulfilling our obligations to our clients in relation to the provision of incentives, rewards and motivation solutions. encorePeople refrains from any commercial transfer of your data. We do not use, copy, resell, license your personal data to any third parties for any other reason other than its intended purpose as set out in this privacy notice in accordance with Art 28 GDPR.

As part of the order processing, our partners have been carefully selected by us to handle your data in a trustworthy manner and to observe our own data protection standards. Technical/organizational measures are checked by us on a regular basis. The data will only be processed in accordance with instructions and the scope of the data transmitted is limited to the minimum required. In particular, our processors are not permitted to pass on the data to third parties for advertising purposes or to use it commercially themselves.
